Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
